Abstract submission:
Abstract submissions for oral talks are not possible anymore, but you can submit abstracts for a poster.
We are excited to announce that the submission of abstracts for our upcoming scientific conference is open! This is a fantastic opportunity to share your research, findings, and insights with a diverse and engaged audience. Whether you’re a seasoned researcher or a budding scientist, we welcome your contributions.
You can choose to present your work in an oral presentation or a poster session. Both formats offer vauable opportunities for feedback, discussion, and collaboration. Remember, presenting at a conference is not only about sharing your work, but also about learning from others, networking, and opening doors to future collaborations.
Be aware: Nearly all hotel rooms have already been booked. Papendal has beautiful hotel rooms on site, with nice views over golf courses. If you have not registered and booked a room, please do so now!
Please note:
Deadline for abstract submission for talks: July 15th 23.59 CEST. Selections will be made before August 15th.
Approximately 18 abstracts will be selected for oral presentations.
The submitting author must be the first (presenting) author.
Abstracts must be the original work of the submitting author.
An individual may be first (presenting) author of only one abstract.
There is no limit to the number of times an individual may appear as co-author on abstracts.
