We invite researchers, clinicians, laboratory specialists, data scientists, PhD students, postdocs and other professionals across the field of human genetics to contribute to the upcoming annual meeting of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Humane Genetica and Belgian Society of Human Genetics, taking place at de Doelen in Rotterdam.
The BeSHG/NVHG meeting brings together the Belgian and Dutch human genetics communities to share the latest scientific discoveries, clinical innovations, technological advances, and societal perspectives shaping our field. We warmly encourage the submission of abstracts spanning all areas of human genetics, including fundamental, translational, computational, and clinical research.
Presenting your work at the BeSHG/NVHG meeting offers an excellent opportunity to:
Share your latest findings with a broad and engaged audience
Receive feedback from experts across disciplines
Connect with collaborators from academia, healthcare, and industry
Highlight the work of students, PhD candidates, postdocs, and early-career researchers
Contribute to discussions that shape the future of human genetics in the Netherlands
Abstracts selected by the scientific committee will be considered for oral presentations and poster sessions. We particularly encourage submissions featuring novel methodologies, interdisciplinary collaborations, large-scale datasets, clinical implementation, and innovative applications of genomics and AI.
Whether your work is preliminary, ongoing, or recently completed, we encourage you to submit your abstract and join us for an inspiring meeting in Rotterdam!
