Registration NVHG 2026

Registration:

Members as well as non-members and students wil have to register to have access to the meeting programme.

Members will have the opportunity to register at strongly reduced registration fees.

Early bird registration fee (until June 30th):
NVHG & BeSHG Members: €290 incl. VAT
Non-Members: €370 incl. VAT
PhD Student: €210 incl. VAT
Retired: €210 incl. VAT

Regular registration fee (July 1st - Aug 31th):
NVHG & BeSHG Members: €370 incl. VAT
Non-Members: €450 incl. VAT
PhD Student: €262 incl. VAT
Retired: €262 incl. VAT

Late registration fee (As of September 1st):
NVHG & BeSHG Members: €450 incl. VAT
Non-Members: €530 incl. VAT
PhD Student: €315 incl. VAT
Retired: €315 incl. VAT

Please note:

• All prices mentioned are in Euro and including 21% Dutch VAT.

• Deadline early registration: June 30 (23:59 CEST), standard registration: August 31 (23:59 CEST).

• Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment.

• Information for students: please upload your proof of studentship!

• Registration fee covers the conference fee + dinner and party on Thursday 17 September. It does not cover hotel accommodation.

Cancellation terms:

The date of receipt of cancellation (only accepted in writing) will be used to calculate the cancellation costs:

• Before September 1, 2026, cancellation costs are € 25,- p.p. (incl. VAT)

• After September 1, 2026, there will be no refund.
